The DH-C01 is our workhorse custom collar: 25 mm heat-transfer or woven nylon webbing, zinc-alloy D-ring, and a quick-release buckle rated for medium to large dogs.
Because the artwork is applied to the webbing before assembly, the pattern wraps the full loop and will not peel at the edges – the usual failure point on print-on-demand collars. Colour-fastness is tested to 4-5 on the greyscale after 20 wash cycles.
