Hemp webbing softens with wear rather than fraying, which is why it holds up in the sustainable-collar niche where a rough first impression loses the sale.
We stitch the DH-C03 with undyed organic cotton thread and fit a brass D-ring, so the collar can be sold as plastic-free apart from the buckle – the one part we cannot yet source in a certified compostable polymer.
Packaging can be supplied as a recycled kraft band with soy ink, or bare with a digital care card.
